Also try this: 'Find 'gender' replace with 'sex'. On all documents. There is a tool on microsoft that will do this in minutes.

Isn't the point of of the consultation though - the NHS Constitution is out of step with the Equalities Act and they are proposing to fix that?

The Equality Act 2010 establishes protection by references to the characteristic of sex as defined in the act. We therefore propose to change the language in the NHS Constitution from ‘gender’ to ‘sex’ to align with legislation where appropriate.

Yes - thank goodness. I read the constitution before opening the survey and was banging my head on the desk. Fortunately, the new wording is better.
