Caolon Robertson, the "journalist" who called JKR a putrid cunt. Remember that? The Trig boys have interviewed him. They started at the beginning with his decision to interview India Willoughby about being misgendered by JKR, and calling the cops on her.

At 1:09 minutes in CR says JK misgendered India Willoughby (the horror)

At 1:12 CR said she "called him a man"

Called HIM a man.

This was a car crash interview, in my view, for Caolan Robertson. The first half was spent minimising his understanding of the 'toxic' trans issue to deflect blame from himself and the second half was mostly angling for a job (cause he was fired doncha know, but can't admit it <NDA cough>).

At about 16 minutes in KK discusses pronouns as used in CR's interview with IW, saying it is dishonesty to use 'her' for a male and KK also fights back about the use of 'them', even admits it took him a while to get it. When he lays it out plainly at 27:58 (Isla Bryson, double rapist, tight pink leggings revealing boy bits, sent to a women's prison) CR says "that's a good point" and LAUGHS.

Like, he never thought about the consequences for women. It never entered his mind. It probably didn't sink in this time either. He just laughed and then went on talking about what a good investigative journalist he is and how nobody else does it like he does anymore <please let someone see this who will give me a job>.

The Trig boys have definitely got it. I don't always agree with them, and it took them a while to climb the mountain, but they've got there on this issue.

I hadn't heard of this Robertson before but, on seeing the photo, just said outloud 'how old is he?' Because he looks so very young.

I'll watch it later, but I'd guess his vast inexperience of life is writ large throughout, and certainly his lack of knowledge about women's lives will be plain for all to see.

There are times I almost feel sorry for IW, I can't imagine spending my life trying to make everyone talk about how amazing the Emperor's new clothes are and then getting offended when people won't play along.

i am listening now and went back a couple of times and he does say him when referring to India. And then denying it. I actually feel sorry for India to hear one thing quite clearly then the person who you presumably thought was a friend deny it.

I got the section where KK schooled this muppet on the downstream consequences of conceding pronouns and waving away the relevance of biological sex. He hasn’t given it any thought whatsoever. He shows himself up as being intellectually lazy and lacking any critical thought.

JKR doesn't sound like a rabid, radicalised bully to me, she sounds like a much older, wiser woman putting a rather jumped up 'investigative journalist' in his place by taking the p**s.

Tbh that’s one of the most rage inducing thing about all of this. The vast majority of men opining away on this will have given it next to no thought at all. They will Not have considered the consequences for women one little bit. They don’t remotely think men are women but say they are because it makes them feel good and of course costs them nothing. I got the impression that he, like a lot of men, thought the subject was beneath him and not important, which is why he didn’t bother knowing anything about it before he jumped in with the hope of getting a scoop and a name for himself.

They go on about how toxic it is and that they’re scared to get involved, but really they don’t think it’s important enough for them to spend any time or intellectual energy actually looking at it.

What drives me mad is that they have so little respect for women that it doesn’t cross their minds there’s a reason why we are getting exercised about it. It must just be because we’re silly bigoted middle aged women unlike clever them.
