How do you prove fraud?

How? Literally how? It's self ID. If you say you're trans, you're trans.

Are we going back to lie detectors? Or they are not trans as soon as they commit a crime? Does it matter which crime? Do they have to be caught for the fraud to exist or are they fraudulent even if they are not caught? So self ID applies if no one knows you are a criminal and evaporates once they find out? Or is there some minority report style pre-detection of criminality which limits self ID?
I have so many questions...

How do we deal with 'fraud'.

I used to deliver education at a couple of women's refuges. I was SWORN to secrecy, advised ever to tell anyone the locations, especially a man. No men were allowed on the premises (except small boys). They told stories of men scaling the walls, breaking in, stalking staff. Serious, terrifying stuff. There are no lengths they wouldn't go to. Once those locations are out, they are unsafe.

More than happy to support refuges for everyone. But women's refuges have to be safe from men.

How the loving fuck are you meant to do that with self-id? Or you happy to prosecute after the harm is done? I suspect that's what you mean. You're a contemptible weasel mate.

Yeah, cos we all know they are genuine trans until they commit an offence and then all of a sudden they're fraudulent and not to be confused with the genuinely genuine trans.

Let's not insult hardworking teachers and volunteers by doing regular safeguarding checks before and during their employment - just prosecute any who abuse their position.
