Tribunal panel recused due to discrimination

A Christian teacher who was sacked after trying to challenge a council’s transgender school policy has just had her tribunal collapse after one of the panel was found to have made discriminatory remarks on social media:

This is the second case supported by Christian Concern where they had to get a member of the tribunal panel recused. If I remember correctly in this case they then had to get a second panel member recused and the case was heard by the judge alone.
