Latest SEEN network - Sex Equality and Equity Network open to all who work in the UK Houses of Parliament.
We are a network committed to promoting and supporting sex equality and equity between women and men in Parliament, helping all staff to thrive at work and fulfil their potential, as intended by the Equality Act.
We recognise that achieving sex equality and equity sometimes requires treating women and men differently, according to our different rights and needs.
We will provide a much needed voice and source of support for all those who work in Parliament who hold lawful sex realist and gender critical views.
