It's about Ofsted's role, you can fill it in as a parent and it can be anonymous.

I have filled it in regarding my concerns about a. safeguarding in terms of DBS and that the "past history" of transitioners are not disclosed, so "Mr so and so" and all his history may come up at the point of DBS but there is no mechanism to tell the school (to protect the person, not the kids presumably) so schools might well employ "Miss so and so" not knowing he is full tackle, and therefore would not be held to account if placed in a position where girls are vulnerable (changing rooms, dorms on trips etc)

And also safeguarding on the normalisation of "transing" in schools and the instructions by senior staff that staff "must" use preferred pronouns and "must" use the young person's new name

Ofsted were until recently Stonewall diversity champions. Then the Telegragh exposed Stonewall writing to them complaining that inspectors weren't quizzing primary children enough about trans issues. Ofsted had, until this happened, been following Stonewall's orders and citing failure to teach gender identity in primary schools as reasons for downgrading schools in inspections.

Since then they've dumped Stonewall and maintained an embarrassed silence about their failure to exercise due diligence by signing up in the first place.
