Yep. Although he said "not everybody needs to be asked prior to each insertion", what he meant was even worse in context. What he meant was no woman anywhere is allowed to stipulate that she needs to be asked prior to each insertion. I've seen women excuse him and JA by saying they wouldn't personally consider it rape, but GG didn't say 'for some women that wouldn't be rape'. He made it very clear that these women weren't allowed to have experienced it as rape.

"Even taken at its worst, if the allegations made by these two women were true, 100% true, and even if a camera in the room captured them, they don't constitute rape," Galloway said. "At least not rape as anyone with any sense can possibly recognise it. And somebody has to say this. "
Woman A met Julian Assange, invited him back to her flat, gave him dinner, went to bed with him, had consensual sex with him, claims that she woke up to him having sex with her again. This is something which can happen, you know. I mean, not everybody needs to be asked prior to each insertion."
It's another case of a man thinking women's consent is transferrable. It doesn't matter if woman Z wouldn't mind waking up to that. Woman A does bloody mind, and thankfully the letter and the spirit of the law is on her side. Deal with it, Galloway.
