It didn't click with me that it was the same man either.

I think he must be due a how to be a judge refresher course

I wonder if it was the same man as the name in these articles are slightly different from when he was letting SJB off as he was just playing for laughs.

And without commenting on the sub stance of this case it does just highlight again that the law is never impartial, because the individual involved aren't impartial.

There's an article in the Spectator, which again showing partiality, discusses various cases he has over seen but no mention of SJB
