I'd seen the headlines and it reminded me of the Baker judge. I didn't realise it was actually the same person!

Glad to see this being lighted. The judiciary are meant to be impartial and when they're politically biased it's never good for society.

Yup. Good to see him being called out.

I wonder if it was the same man as the name in these articles are slightly different from when he was letting SJB off as he was just playing for laughs.

And without commenting on the sub stance of this case it does just highlight again that the law is never impartial, because the individual involved aren't impartial.
