The perspective FMs of Wales are asking for questions for the debate in Swansea.

I’ve asked ‘What is a women?’ Wales is a bad as Scotland for being captured and quite frankly both candidates are terrible on this issue. Could anyone send in questions for them please?

Jeremy Miles and Vaughan Gething

Welsh Labour: What would you like to know from a future first minister?

A debate among the Labour leadership candidates will be held - so what questions do you have?

I've asked the same question.

I wouldn't ask that. I would ask something more specific:

As you know, for safeguarding reasons, the locations of women's domestic violence refuges [insert correct term if this is out of date] are kept secret. In what situations would you allow a trans-identifying man to access this service, bearing in mind single-sex provision is entirely legal under the Equality Act 2010?

Do you think violent male rapists who identify as women should be sent to women's prisons? If not, why not?

Single-sex services are perfectly legal under the Equality Act 2010, the Act that explicitly outlaws discrimination against transgender people. Do you support this?

Women's and lgb grassroots candidates wrote to the two candidates last month. No reply from either of them as far as I can see. The deadline was ignored. The questions aren't hard and can be answered with a yes or a no. It shouldn’t take long to respond, but they are mysteriously silent.

Some good ideas on the Merched Cymru website that aren't as obvious as 'What is a woman?'. I think it's already been asked in one Jeremy Miles meeting and he gave an idiotic, reality denying answer. Both candidates have pro-Stonewall and TA zealots involved in their campaigns or in their constituency parties. It would take a backbone, which I suspect Miles and Gething lack, to defy the 'approved' line on that one. (The Welsh (Labour) Government still aren't in line with UK Labour on women's rights). Jeremy Miles in particular seems to very male-focused and blinkered.

The question I would ask is what will you do, personally as leader of Welsh Labour and FM, to

protect our daughters from teen breast amputation surgery.

protect democracy by enabling voters to continue to elect their individual constituency representative, and vote them out if they do a bad job, rather than their choice being limited to voting for one party or another as proposed in the Senedd reform bill.
