Yes, she is.
Update from her crowdfunder (google 'The Green Party must respect our sex!')
'The headline news is that I have been re-expelled. This is the third expulsion for the same complaint.
I was expelled in January 2023.
My membership was reinstated in March 2023,
I was re-expelled in May 2023.
My membership was reinstated in mid November 2023.
I was re-expelled this week.
I have not been sitting back and enjoying my erasure since my last update. I have been part of a group who have been working on a Green Women's Declaration in support of sex based rights. Green Party members and supporters are invited to sign it, and around 1400 people have done so.
We have also held two webinars with Green Party members talking about why they signed. I spoke at the first one and gave details about the complaint that I was expelled for. You can watch that webinar here.
In October 2023 Zoe Hatch, a co chair of Green Party Women, was put on a No Fault Suspension and shortly afterwards, Green Party Women were 'disaffiliated' by the Green Party. This was reported by the BBC.
Green Party Women lost access to the membership email list of 4,500 members, parts of the website were hidden, and members were prevented from joining the Green Party Women space in the internal members site. These actions have completely shut down Green Party Women for the last three months.
The Green Seniors group have also fallen foul of the gender dolts, and on the eve of their AGM the two co chairs and the membership secretary were put on No Fault Suspensions for allowing discussions on sex and gender to take place within a private Green Seniors google group.
So you can see, the gender war in the party is becoming bloodier, but there are also signs that more members are recognising just how serious this schism is, and realising that they have to get involved to find resolutions.
With regards to my legal action, on the advice of my lawyer we have been waiting for the decision of my appeal against my second expulsion, and then for the outcome of Shahrar Ali's case before making the next move.
The judgment in Shahrar's case will be handed down on Friday the 9th February and I will be in London to celebrate or commiserate with him and other Green Party members. Having sat through the hearing , I am optimistic that things are going to go our way.
My case against the Green Party is very strong and each time the party does something silly like expelling me again, it adds to the stack of evidence that I am being discriminated against, and to my determination to see them in court. After Friday once we hear the judgment, we will push on with the case again.
As ever, I am extremely grateful for any donations to my crowd funder, and I want to say thank you for the generosity supporters have shown to to me.
We are going to win this one!
