Help with EDI - UK

I want to push back against the hopelessly queer-theoried, post modernist EDI missives we have within our organisation.

Can anyone here recommend specific resources for me on:

Why LGB without the T
What those additional letters stand for (as no-one seems to know)
Intersex - I often hear pushback against this term "people with DSDs have repeatedly asked..." - can anyone refer me to further reading to evidence this.
Finally - can you direct me to where Nancy Kelly referred to lesbians as sexual racists.

Thanks all - feel free to also share any resources you think will be helpful when speaking to this team.

There's some useful info in this report from the LGB Alliance. https://lgballiance.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/LGB_Queer-Report.pdf

Oh and I forgot: it's hard to find background on the 'progress' flag - we're being encouraged to use it but I understand that too has some dodgy storybehind it.

If you look at the thread here about the London Bridge Station pillar being plastered with LGBQIA+++++++......... flags etc that might provide some answers.

Stonewalls A to Z https://www.stonewall.org.uk/list-lgbtq-terms
uses Intersex but the last sentence is useful.
“IntersexA term used to describe a person who may have the biological attributes of both sexes or whose biological attributes do not fit with societal assumptions about what constitutes male or female.
Intersex people may identify as male, female or non-binary.
Stonewall works with intersex groups to provide its partners and stakeholders information and evidence about areas of disadvantage experienced by intersex people but does not, after discussions with members of the intersex community, include intersex issues as part of its current remit at this stage.”

This is a good video on how all these identities and flags came about (basically teenage girls on Tumblr). It’s an interesting watch.
