JHB is correct, politicians arent being really clear about this at all.

If TWAW, they should be in womens facilities, if not, why are they getting female birth certificates and passports?

The GRA together with the EqA is a confusing mess that politicians arent solving by saying 'we need less heat and more light'.

JHB is very clear on this issue and has been for a long while. I remember this interview back in March last year.

I seem to remember this interview coming in the wake of the Annelise Dodds International Women's Day debacle on Woman's Hour. She was asked what a woman was and replied with some incoherent waffle.

No heat at all in JHBs tone. She’s simply very clear. That kind of clarity is what I need to aim for, I think. Feeling afraid to say it and thus feeling on the back foot is one of my major downfalls.
