This [role] will include identifying differences in, for example, people’s employment patterns, pay, education, health, and experiences of violence as well as understanding why those differences exist.

Do they really mean gender or do they mean sex?

Hopefully the successful person will know the difference and drive the change.

It's been advertised on SEEN, the Civil Service Sex Equality and Equity Network, based at the Cabinet Office.

I so hope one of the eloquent FWR posters finds her way into that role!

Can we lobby Kemi Baddenoch to send whoever drew up the add a copy of her letter to public authorities in which she explains very clearly about using the EA.

It seems that the civil service either didn't get the letter or are ignoring it!

I found this advert slightly confusing.

Is the role focused on sex inequality in health and education and other areas of life (violence is mentioned for example), or is it focused on sex inequality in the workplace?

When are they advertising for Head of Star Sign Analysis?
