I’m just putting this down because it struck me that the contrast between Owen Jones (broadcasting live from his front room) and Douglas Murray (ducking from rockets on the Israeli/Gaza border) couldn’t be bigger.

(Considering that they are two British, gay male writers of a similar age & educational background)

He is a zealot in the true sense of the word. He represents everything I have grown to intensely dislike about the Left; and i know it well having been around it for decades. Cocooned in his own self righteousness, he can barely look people in the face as he shouts over them.

The Terminology of AOJ Defined:

Free Speech = I should be able to expound my opinions, and so should everyone who agrees with me, and that includes whipping up a mob against specific women and teenaged girls

Hate Speech = words spoken by people who don’t agree with me
