I may have something in my eye. I love how incredibly happy the Mum looks holding her precious baby girl.
As an aside, there's loads of roadworks with excessive cones near us at the moment. The other weekend there was about 1 mile of cones cordoning off one lane of a two lane road with literally nothing happening behind them (completely empty space, no vehicles, no sign of work, nothing, for the whole of Saturday) - this is on a busy main road. The traffic's terrible - I've often wondered what the impact on emergency arrival times is. For all that people try and pull aside for ambulances, the near constant gridlock recently must hold them up. There seems to be no central planning or thought to it at all. At least 3 main routes into the nearest city have roadworks and that's where the only local hospital is and quite a few of the roads are apparently shut overnight too.
Anyway, very happy that this Mum and baby had a happy ending and some wonderful women stepped up at the critical time. Good on them for moving the cones! Glad to hear the excess was put to some good use!
