So yeah, OP, in the world of Reddit some people who think they're 'born in the wrong body' who get modifications are AOK but others aren't.

A simple reverse image search will have shown you that this is a real person who is actually doing these things.

Presumably a lot of these are done at less that reputable tattoo parlours or in foreign countries where having enough money is all that matters - That's my best guess.
That, or he really did do it to himself, then went to A&E without the bits he chopped off to get sewn up safely - Who knows.
Am ashamed to say when I was probably around 16 or 17 I wanted that body mod where you have your ears made pointy lol.
Needless to say, glad I grew out of that.

Considering over the years there are people modifying themselves as cats, snakes complete with forked tongues, reptiles and wasn’t there once a devil with lumps out in under their skin on their scalp for horns, are they too all fake?

And the tattoos injected into eyes? All fake? All of these are extend body modifications where the person obviously believes they are what they have paid a huge sum to be modified to resemble. Everytime I ask on a thread what the difference is between seeking those extreme body mods because of being ‘in the wrong body’ vs others, I never get an answer. It is like people don’t want to face the extremes but they are all using the same reasons.

I think I read somewhere that he has gone to Mexico for at least some of the surgery, to have fingers removed among other things IIRC.
