American Academy of pediatrics is being sued for fraud

This is big a girl who transitioned starting age 14 is sueing the AAP and some of its members for fraud, civil conspiracy and medical malpractice over her care and the trans treatment policy for children.
She's really going after them and has spelled out exactly what they have lied about and seems to have the evidence to back. BillboardChris has a thread on it have posted picks of the 1st one

It will be interesting to know if that speeds up the AAP's additional review of the evidence on transgender care or knocks it into the long grass.

Oh look its another poor distressed child with a lifetime of damage to live with, whose feelings and thoughts would have been so very, very important to hear and honour when they propped up the political beliefs of the adults using her, but whose feelings and thoughts now won't be wanted or validated at all.

I hope she and her family sue the pants off them. Sadly the money and the negative attention may make them care as apparently nothing else matters to them. Not to mention this poor child will need a lifetime of care to live with what they did to her.

Yeah, I should have said, what happened to this poor girl was horrible and unnecessary and should never been recommended or even allowed.

Suing successfully is not easy, the AAP policy is affirmative and it's very difficult to sue doctors who are following professional guidelines even if the guidelines are wrong.

Looking at the list of defendants, Jason Rafferty is the author of the dodgy AAP policy and Michelle Forcier - aka BlueHaired "Can a Chicken Cry" Lady from the Matt Walsh interview- is his mentor. What a shower they are.

So even if it's not successful this case is sunlight.
