I see from the case lists that there was a statement in open court today at the RCJ in "Keen-Minshull v Associated Newspapers Ltd". Anyone know what this was about?

Apologies if I've missed it.

I dont know but assumed it was to go with coverage of her visit to Australia / New Zealand, but they seem to only own UK based papers.

Although the Mail did publish some shocking untruths but would think as that is quite recent, it wouldn't have got to the high court this soon.

So maybe something a while ago?

Could be The Metro instead of the Mail, as they're also owned by the same group.
