Had a quick skim read of this report it starts off quite well with lots of use of the word Female, unfortunately it quickly descends into edi speak and starts contradicting itself, though I suppose that's to be expected as the committee lead is a He/Him

Well the participation has dropped in a number of vulnerable and previously key groups for targeted support, because of the rush to value male choices, freedoms and feelings over female participation, accessibility, and equality of inclusion.

I can write the report for you right now on the groups whose participation has dropped all of a sudden, and explain why. I was working on the LA parties 15 years ago about the identification of the barriers and the strategies to increase participation. A lot of which was providing female only opportunities. Which were re focused by men and enablers of those men to centre men, and ignore the impact on women.

Who'd have thunk, eh? After all, we've only been explaining this conflict of needs/access for about a decade now.
