They provide an opportunity not just for women to meet with companies, but to network away from the sexism they often encounter in some tech workplaces and universities. Yet apparently, this one ended up 40% non-binary (male).

"Non-binary" is like an open door, it basically means "anyone welcome" because you can't police it. The quote from someone complaining that MEN were there, using HE/HIM pronouns! They LIED on their forms. 😱😱😱 Colour me shocked.
