That poor girl. Fights happen in school, but usually someone steps in, I wonder what led to this altercation. I hope she was ok!

Fucking hell! That's appalling. Any idea what happened next? That child should be immediately expelled and prosecuted as far as the law allows prosecution of minors.

I hope the victims' parents sue.

DiabolicalFinial · 29/09/2023 08:03

That is horrific. After the first attack, why was at male student even allowed back at the school?

PriOn1 · 29/09/2023 08:43

I wonder if any other young men assaulted three young women at school, whether they’d be still in school to do it again.

untranchable · 29/09/2023 09:03

There's more info on this Lipstick Alley thread, including statements from the mother of the assaulted girl and from the school: https://www.lipstickalley.com/threads/trans-student-juan-marmolejo-segura-physically-attacks-female-student.5397048/

That poor girl.
That was not a fight that was a cowardly ambush.

fedupandstuck · 29/09/2023 09:14

So many idiots on Twitter dismissing this as a fight, and that it's normal for kids at school to fight. It isn't and it shouldn't be dismissed as kids being kids. And it wasn't a fight, it was an unprovoked attack. Of the two videos, both times this boy attacks a much smaller girl suddenly without warning, from behind or to the side. In one video another girl stands up to him, but despite being almost the same height and not a slight child, she is quickly knocked to the ground too.

There should only have been one incident. He should have been suspended immediately and the police involved straight away. Anything less than that and the school is allowing this violence to continue.

Whatsnewpussyhat · 29/09/2023 09:39

Both him and his friends very obviously planned the attacks as they started filming prior to them.

In the one with the two girl, his mate dressed in black with his hood purposely up comes over and kicks the girl on the floor too.

Same old male violence.
I'm sure the excuse from the righteous TRA's is that the girls were 'transphobes' so actual violence was needed to protect the male from hurt feelings.

The fact he is stupid enough to make sure his beating up women is filmed, makes me think he thinks pretending to be a woman will protect him from consequences.

Thank you @untranchable I found the mothers statement.

@Delphinium20 I was going to post those, but I fell asleep, he should 100% not be allowed in school after that first attack, he is a dangerous individual who obviously hates women!

One way to demonstrate that you are not a girl and never will will be a woman.

Delphinium20 · 29/09/2023 16:01

When did we lose the idea that boys should never ever hit girls? This was drummed into the upbringing of the boys in my family and school and community.

No one should be hitting anyone. And given the amount of domestic abuse that girls and young women encounter, "boys should never ever hit girls" clearly hasn't been something that's been particularly effective...

Delphinium20 · 29/09/2023 16:36

I agree with that. But there was always the acknowledgement of that boys can hurt girls far more seriously and easier so they need to be more careful around them, despite being the same age.

Sisterpita · 29/09/2023 17:00

This reminds me of another video in a school where two girls challenged a transwoman in the toilets and they assaulted one girl and the other could not pull him off. It took another male student to stop them.

The similarities in all the cases is the overwhelming difference in physical strength between male and female students. It illustrates why VAWG by males is such a frightening thing, the difference in physical strength is overwhelming.

Thank goodness for Reduxx doing sane straight forward coverage.

When I saw this thread last night the only info on twitter was from a failed Republican candidate. Not saying he was lying but wasn't sure whether he was just using snippets to boost his faltering campaign.

Even if part of the reason this happened is the horrible lure of posting video clips on social media platforms, it still illlustrates how vulnerable young women and girls are to this social experiment that adults are inflicting on them in schools.

Women's Liberation Front are reporting that the phone number of the school has been published and they are getting inundated with calls.

Signalbox · 29/09/2023 20:05

According to Reduxx they have received a bomb and shooting threat (directed at the school) and this was immediately reported to the FBI and police and the school has now been locked down. Holy fuck there are some serious nutters out there!

Wow @Signalbox that is horrific! What is wrong with people? The violence should be ending with that poor girls attack!

There's also footage of a meeting at the school where the school admit the they do not have a zero tolerance policy for violence and assaults at the school because they are concerned that if they exclude a violent pupil from the "community" they cannot know what the repercussions will be. i.e. they are scared that the excluded student might come back and shoot up the school.

ChishiyaBat · 29/09/2023 21:33

So what happens instead? If they are worried that pupils will come back with guns, then surely they need to be under psychiatric care in a facility far away from other children! I really hope that poor girls mother does sue the school board and this triggers real change, but I won't hold my breath!
