Having now read it, I'm quite astonished that it is possible to produce a document with so many pages of text that says nothing worthy of note whatsoever.
Especially so in the context of an organisation under investigation by the charity commission, has had trustees resign under dubious circumstances and whose CEO (yet to be replaced) left under a cloud.
