Makes me think of the equally BeKind Lorraine Kelly. I saw her talking about Sam Smith a few months ago and she misgendered ‘them’ repeatedly, he/himming with reckless abandon. I think it’s because they/them pronouns simply don’t trip off the tongue and if you’re not consciously trying to respect non-binary pronouns, you’ll forget to use them. Still, you’d think a BeKinder on TV would be more aware?!
