Not a word of truth in that article. A lot of hysterical hyperbole though.

I'm in Australia and I honestly don't know anyone who is even interested in the subject. We're all more concerned about the cost of food and electricity and housing!

A fine example of moral panic, even! I don't tend to like clever neologisms, but this article is testerical.

I thought Vice had gone bankrupt? I had a very quick look at the...item and my eye was caught by another headline about a 'glory hole'. I thought that probably means something else in Australia, surely they wouldn't write that up as aspirational! Nope, means exactly the same thing 🤢 The queer/trans he/they/she (which Vice alternates to make a very confusing read) seems very proud of it. The picture of the piece of plywood containing said hole with the stain running down 🤮

It’s a ludicrous situation when the media cannot report on genuine problems without being accused of causing bullying.

Still in operation #nodebate in Australia, it seems, but the model is showing severe strain.
