Hmm. there's been 10 previous incumbents with this government - which shows how little the government care about children and education. The majority of them inept and out of their depth for much of their tenure. Keegan was patently out of her depth and I'm not sure how much she's got a grip of the issues.

Education is the most abused dept in govt, yet the most important. The Tories treat it like it was the Ministry Of Paper Clips.
