I'm only on the first page of that judgment but it's looking like a promising read. A bus was allegedly driven too close to the claimant and it is flagged up in bold to be referred to thereafter as the Near Miss Incident.

Sounds like totally inappropriate overreach, including the overreach of arbitrarily deciding from on high that 'wanker' is gendered when it clearly is not. Women can wank too. When are judges / tribunals going to be held to account if they do biased crap like this?

Is there anyone we can complain to?

Sex is a protected characteristic, who can we sue for discrimination for implying 'wanker' is a gendered insult and that women can't wank?

And when are totally legless cases like this going to stop cluttering up the judicial system so other people can actually access justice in a timely fashion?

It was Bournemouth vs Spurs today and the crowd were soon chanting "The referee's a wanker", soon followed by "the linesman's a cunt". Decisions really were not going our way, nor was the scoreline.

Could they have arrested the crowd for using a female specific insult to insult a man? Could the linesman have taken the FA to an employment tribunal? Or is it only TW who are entitled to be sensitive.

I've been called a wanker many times.
