Labour are ridiculous

Scottish Labour's main priority is hoovering up SNP votes.

Me too but safe to assume whatever their current position is they do not really mean it and it is negotiable in the future.

I met Labour MSPs in the run up to the GRR Bill and they openly admitted to me that they knew bad faith actors would take advantage but they didn’t see any way to mitigate other than the false declaration/criminal penalties- ie they accepted the collateral damage.
