Wow! What a brave lady.

And what a disgrace the hospital is!

Disgusting. Women's lives mean little.

The story was originally in the Telegraph so in fact the "original" thread is here. https://www.mumsnet.com/talk/womens_rights/4868433-intimate-care-consent-should-only-count-if-it-is-given-without-coercion

First, do no harm.

Wish she'd caught on camera the eye contact that accompanies the euphoria boner that made a hospital think policies about feelings were more important than the patient.

This is the orginal thread for anyone interested.

Thank you for posting the original thread from 2022.

I think you will find that you are mistaken.

I mean ChristinaXYZ did start another thread 1 minute after the thread I posted on the 19/10/2022 but someone pointed out to her that the other thread had already taken off. Was there yet another one before the 17.06 started by Imnobody? I did look but I may have missed it.

However the daily mail article referred to in ripx4nutmeg's twitter thread that was one of the first that alerted some of us was only posted at 15.18pm on the 19/10/2022. And nutmeg's thread was posted at 4:50 pm that day with what I can only assume is content from Teresa.

However, I don't believe the thread started by RainWithSunnySpells at 20.46 on the 09/08/2023 is the 'original' thread at all. I could well be wrong though.

Thanks Eresh, I added it for clarity and I also added the new article to that old thread so people can follow for in the future.

@IwantToRetire Why do you do this? Why are you so passive aggressive and determined to 'correct' everybody (particularly when you are actually incorrect yourself)? Why do you think you control this Board and why are you so determined to make it run to your specific ideals?

Your patronising nit-picking and passive aggressiveness is not necessary, warranted or wanted.
