Worth a listen -

It was amusing to hear one man refer to Dylan Mulvaney politely as the 'transgender chap'

I caught some (not all) of that in the car and thought it was horrifically unbalanced.

They invited someone from an ‘inclusive’ (but only TQ+ inclusive, it soon became apparent) advertising body who had drunk ALL the TRA Koolaid.

The ‘balancing’ opinion was from a finance guy who confessed almost immediately that he didn’t know all the ins and outs of the Dylan / Bud Light / Costa controversies. Nor, it appeared, had much of an opinion about it all, other than it costs companies a lot of money to comply with EDI crap and the thought of genital surgery made him feel squeamish.

The woman involved in advertising was able to make a lot of statements which were left largely unchallenged / unexplored. It was… irritating… to listen to.

It was possibly the worst of all of the episodes of this programme. The goal was to deal with this question: Should companies weigh-in on sensitive social issues?

In the first half of the programme the host Adam Fleming let the conversation spiral off into the insanity of "life affirming" trans surgeries with the financial services bloke being scolded as he stumbled through doing his (not very good) best to express his unformed views and when the converrsation moved onto business and the impact of ESG measures, the promoter of inclusivity (a sort of political commissar type) goes "well, I don't know anything about that". Didn't stop her mindlessly repeating "diversity is good for business" though.

A complete waste of time.
