In many cases, it doesn't.

You cannot 'include' men without excluding women. Which is a choice, but it needs to be honestly owned. It is not an inclusive organisation for all women, it is not accessible to all women, and it is an organisation ok with this because they think men are more important than women. It's now the women and men with a political belief in gender ideology institute.
