Thanks for the link. It must be so much harder for this regulator to discriminate against its registrants than say the Social Work England.

Yes they are barristers, this is the advice all professional bodies should be following not Stonewall wotIreckon bloke down the pub says law .

Thank you for the share token. This jumped out at me (perhaps wrongly).

Objectors said the board’s advice was either wrong or, according to papers submitted to the meeting, “something the BSB should avoid taking a stance on”.
Board officials said the regulator was “sensitive to the strength of feeling on both sides of the gender debate”.

So there was "it's wrong" or "avoid a stance" but no argument for the "for", just tells others to #bekind to the other side??
