I have 3 close friends who have had mastectomies for cancer and I can imagine they would find this Costa poster distressing.

Is it me or were most of the callers very pro the advert? I assume Shelagh has a team filtering calls, mmmm. Seemed very biased to me. Shelagh is very in this and I think gets it, she's very fair.

I though Shelagh was very good there.

My aunt died as a result of breast cancer. Mastectomy too late, secondary cancer in the brain…. It was just so awful.
