Having read the article again (red mist having cleared) it says this:
The city council is sponsoring a five day drag camp which offers 14-year-olds the opportunity to become “divas”.
Oxford City Council is supporting a week long “Drag Camp” which offers 14 to 18 year olds the chance to “create their own daring stage persona”.
The camp, which starts on Monday on Magdalen Road, will be run by T(ART) Productions, which is a queer not for profit community events company, alongside Pegasus theatre group and Doris Field Charitable Trust.
The company promises to help children find their “drag voice” and to introduce them to the “world of drag as a performance art”.
And somehow this seems even worse. Are there really no local performing arts groups, or is just that the queer trans agenda has captured this as well.
Do local councillors know what queer means? It isn't just some alternative word for being same sex attracted - will be run by T(ART) Productions, which is a queer not for profit community events company.
Did they do any background checks into suitability for undeer age children?
I just dont understand.
I know a lot of people are going to find it hard to admit they may have been misled by TRA propoganda, but on the other hand as child safety school children have been in the headlines, didn't they stop and think is this the best or most appropriate to offer local children.
Or does it mean in the future there will be no Happy Valley, but instead Trans Canyon, the every day story of stunningly brave drag queens tackling law and order in a world threatened by terfs?
Each day you think we must have peaked and then it becomes clear we are still in the foothills of this constantly growing political parasite.
