I'd be more sympathetic if it was moving to the rights of ALL individuals trump everything else.
But it doesn't. Because these 'rights' don't require cessation of anything, they require service from others. A right in these terms requires someone to provide and fulfil the right. In this case, the individual rights require someone else being compelled to be selfless and obedient to give the individual whatever they want. It's like the thing of to have a right to sex requires someone compelled to give that person sex whether they wish to or not.
This is a world view of society being split into the served and the service providers. The entitled and the service humans. The mummies and the spoiled brats.
Try telling someone into critical theory that you plan to choose your own identity and labels, and require your own access needs to be met in a way that would displease a male transitioner and you very quickly discover that these are not universal rights, but special privileges to be accorded to a very specific group at everyone else's expense. And no. Even if I was silly enough to go along with it, it should be very obvious that this is never going to end well for anyone.
