I wouldn't have a problem with making medical professionals aware of slang terms, but it's difficult to see that such a stupid and childish term would really be used by anyone.

If a patient can't handle the term vagina, then clearly they need psychiatric help, but as gender dysphoria is already a recognised condition, I guess you do have an argument for medical professionals avoiding the term with particular patients.
