You don't have to be ashamed for us. You might want to try and find out why women are reacting so strongly to the language used to decirbe a uniquely female experience. There is a reason for it, you know. Women see that it starts with one person calling it body or chest feeding, then demanding other refer to it around them as body or chest feeding as not to trigger them, then organisations for breastfeeding deciding it is better to just relabel it body or chestfeeding for all female people so not to trigger the 1 person who does not want breastfeeding to be referred to as breastfeeding.
And this is happening and no, it is not an overreaction and yes, even things you see as little are important to others and yes, it is another sign women and female experiences are being removed from the English language and yes, this does have a profound impact on women and no, not all young people are not on board with this.
Oh and why is breastfeeding chestfeeding when a woman does it but breastfeeding when a man takes a dangerous combination of drugs to enforce the idea he is a woman?
