The original rainbow flag celebrated diversity, the later additions seem to say we are all diverse but some are more diverse than others.

Good article. There’s now a huge backlash against Pride - locally banners and flags have been cut down and sometimes burned. LGB groups are paying a heavy price after being infiltrated by the rest of the alphabet

How ironic that with Pride flags everywhere we still have to fight for people's right to be same sex attracted.

You say "the rest of the alphabet" but mist of the groups represented by those extra letters seem very quiet. Is there a significant movement of asexual people demanding 'rights'? Or 'two-spirit' people? Or people with DSDs?

Or is it trans activists and queer theorists making nearly all the noise, and co-opting IA2S+? With queer theorists being those who for some obscure reason want boundaries to be blurred and norms removed ...

Those with DSDs keep trying to get themselves removed from the whole sorry mess.

It’s also the bleeding obvious. Such a shame that stating the rational obvious is to take a risk.
