Ps somewhat related - I hate this current notion that the opposite of shame is commercialism. I don't think there's any shame in female pleasure. As a straight (original M/F sex-based meaning) woman (original F sex-based meaning) I always understood that most lesbians (original F/F sex-based meaning) didn't really bother with strap-ons, dildos etc.

Obviously that doesn't mean no F/F couples do, but my understanding from friends and columnists is use of penetrative toys is mainly a straight fantasy projected on to lesbians.

If I have that wrong I'm very happy to be corrected but my first reaction to the advice for "vulva havers" is this is straight point not any representation of real life lesbians.
