Mostly women athletes or women at grass level. Just for those who wonder if this discussion is not representative of actual women in sports.

I agree. It may be something as simple as presenting a birth certificate at some point and this will have the effect of making sex rather than gender the ultimate determinant for participation in sport.

There may be resistance in that birth certificates may be viewed as a reason for 'cancelling' trans competitors but this me it seems like a simple equitable fair solution.

Got me thinking about birth certificates. It seems one ubiquitous document that clearly unambiguously states sex (and not gender). As long as no one has the right to retrospectively alter that document it may be useful for policing sports policies
