Work for an organisation that prides itself on its diversity and equity. However recent staff surveys show that people are not happy and that it's thought there's a lot of bias and unfairness in the workplace.
Cue the diversity experts booked to deliver some diversity training. First slide shows an Equality Act visual with gender listed instead of sex.
What the actual fuck? How can the people delivering the training not even get the protected characteristics right?
Considering they were brought in because a number of people are concerned women's rights are being sidelined, this is just outrageous.
I've emailed HR but they've not responded.
