This is a point that is often overlooked. Having Kardashian in solitary confinement doesn't protect the female staff.

'The Mirror has confirmed that the transgender prisoner is alleged to have threatened to sexually attack several female prison officers at Limerick Prison this week.
Kardashian, who is legally a woman after she secured a gender recognition certificate, is alleged to have issued the threats after she refused orders to clean up the shower area of the prison’s women’s section after she had used it.

My first thought too. Boak.

Of course he is. What did they expect? Those guards should not be put in that situation. The should sue.

It's not that he has been found sane, exactly. He has been found to have capacity, i.e. to be able to understand what was going on in his trial, and to be responsible for his actions. That doesn't preclude him having severe mental illness.

All severe mental illness is neuropsychiatric - this just means that it affects the nervous system/physical brain (the neuro bit) and the mind (the psychiatric bit).
