Really refreshing to hear a young person talking about this. She totally gets it.

Amala Ekpunobi is a social media personality and commentator. Once a leftist activist, she experienced a dramatic political reversal.

This looks interesting - will listen later. Sounds like it may cover similar ground to Christina Buttons' essay which is definitely worth a read:

Confessions of a Social-Justice Meme Maker

I made pretty pictures that helped keep people enraged and mobilized. Then I asked myself: ‘Why am I doing this?‘

Amala is a breath of fresh air, she really impresses me. I think she's doing wonderful things and I look forward to watching what she achieves.

I don't think she really understands the abortion debate fully and I do wonder if 20 years of life experience (both personal and watching her friends go through pregnancies and complications) will change her mind over time. I will be interested to watch and see.

So interesting thanks I'm becoming more and more fond of triggermonetary since they had Posie Parker on the second time.

I need to go out now but I did laugh at how Amala tells she was working for a leftist company where one of the "rules" they need to abide by is to state your pronouns before you speak, then another member suggested that no white people or "cis" people or hetero people should speak at all.

What a shit show.
