It is bring heavily reported on Welsh news today.

Does anyone know what form the guidance is likely to take or where this organisation will get recommendations from?

Welsh schools to get guidance on supporting transgender pupils

The Welsh government says the guidance will provide "clear and well-informed advice".

Welsh Gov, or parts of it anyway, seem to be getting rattled.

I just got a post on my Facebook feed
"What are older children in primary education learning about relationships? #CurriculumForWales"

It's evidently trying to present the curriculum as benign. The slogans are:

"For older children in primary education, it's about children's safety."

"For older children in primary education, it's about staying safe online and offline."

"For older children in primary education, it's about navigating friendships and disagreements"

"For older children in primary education, it's about how their body and lufe changes as they grow"

Given the timing, as I say, I think they're getting a bit nervous.

They should be! Although they did seem to double down after the Scotland debacle and say they were introducing self id at 16 too…who knows what they’re thinking?! Maybe some sense will creep in but I doubt it somehow.

So we know which way they’ll be going then!
