Dolatowski is jailed for 78 days for repeatedly breaching curfew conditions.

Finally, he is in a male prison, even if it is a short sentence. I've no idea if the 78 days could be halved for good behaviour?

last time he was moved to a womens prison because he was violent towards staff within the male estate. Its an 11 week sentence, he'll be able to apply to serve the remainder of his sentence at home with a tag after a couple of weeks...

MrsOvertonsWindow · 21/04/2023 13:50

About time this predator was dealt with.

Snoozems · 21/04/2023 14:07

He makes me feel sick!
The SNP trying to push through self id enables perverts like him, the UK Gov need to repeal the GRA and concentrate on restoring single sex spaces for women and girls.

It doesn't look like he has a home, just a series of bail hostels. I don't know if that will make a difference.

I wonder what they will do with him long term in the community (assuming no further offences) since he is so recognisable that nobody wants him in their communities. When he went to his mum's in Kirkcaldy the local parents against predators organised a demo outside the house and he was moved before that could happen.

Is there something wrong with him? As in, should he be being treated or held somewhere? I seem to remember him having a complicated history and a constant pattern of offending and being seemingly unable to control himself in anyway at all.

From the Times article (https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/transgender-paedophile-sent-to-mens-jail-after-curfew-breach-bhbzfm98p)

"Appearing by video link from Low Moss prison, Dolatowski pleaded guilty to the breaches of bail. Georgia Marshall, for the defence, said she “did not understand” how the curfew protected the public from Dolatowski.
Marshall said: “Perhaps other conditions would have been better, rather than keeping her in the house at night. She had issues with the address; she suffers from anxiety. She’s been punished by the imposition of a curfew to stay in a place where she feels unsafe.
“Somehow she ended up in Aberdeen suffering anxiety and distress due to her address being known to people who she feels in danger from.”

I wonder how this person's victims are getting on these days? Bet they feel anxious and scared too after what was done to them.

Transgender paedophile sent to men’s jail after curfew breach

A transgender paedophile who was allowed to serve time in a women’s prison has been locked up after repeatedly breaking a court order to remain indoors at night

Well, Ms. Marshall, nobody forced him to be a rapey wee shit weasel, did they? Perhaps he should have thought about that before he tried to rape some little girls, eh? Just a thought.

I know that when he committed the first offence against a child in the Asda toilets he sneaked away from a support worker by saying he had left his phone in the toilet.

He certainly has issues but I've no idea what they are. I'm assuming that he will have had psychiatric/ psychological testing whilst in the criminal justice system so is not bad enough to need to be detained for mental health reasons.

Not entirely convinced this individual suffered from what they say they do - certainly has the opportunity (online) to access what claims work to get sympathy.

Also clear their re going to reoffend/ break conditions again in the future.

WarriorN · 21/04/2023 17:25

I also imagine a lifetime online may have skewed the ability to have any social boundaries

nilsmousehammer · 21/04/2023 19:18

There does not appear to be any point at which this offender has kept bail conditions. They have repeatedly and consistently breached them. Rumour has it they have also been chatting away on Twitter directly regarding matters related to their offending behaviours.

Really does seem to be that this one will escalate until they hurt someone badly to be put away for a serious amount of time. And yes, this seems to be a care in the community/parole services absolute abject failure.

pickledandpuzzled · 21/04/2023 19:23

Yes, under what circumstances would a lad like that have had a support worker to sneak away from?

I wonder if he's been showing tendencies for years, and had 'support' to try and turn him around. Which clearly hasn't worked, and he clearly should now be detained for public safety as previous measures have been insufficient.

Baldieheid · 21/04/2023 23:10

I think people like this SHOULD spend their lives looking over their shoulders.

It may focus their minds on not being perverted child molesters and women abusers.

Consequences.

Rightsraptor · 23/04/2023 07:38

@Baldieheid - I think you are mistaken in your view that he will be forced to focus on his behaviour and change it. It's what you and I would do, I'm sure, but Dolotowski isn't a rational person. He clearly has poor/non-existent impulse control, and is a criminal who only think of what he wants now.

He won't learn from his mistakes, he'll just get worse & worse..

Baldieheid · 23/04/2023 15:07

Maybe so. I suspect he'll receive rough justice one day if he doesn't learn. Sadly that puts a bewildered and angry parent or guardian in prison instead of Dolotowski, so I can't say I look forward to it. I doubt I'd be able to keep my hands to myself if he touched my 5 year old niece. I don't know what the answer is to deviants and perverts, but I do know it's not going along with their pretence that they're a harmless wee girl.
We need to stop indulging these fantasies and stand up to the emotional blackmail they and their ilk apply to the rest of us. If politicians and lawmakers won't do it, it shall have to be done by the general population. That scares me. How many devastated mothers and fathers will go to jail because the law refuses to do its job properly?
