I'm looking at the working of different company social media policies.

Many of them are very vague and say things like
"Not post any material that would directly or indirectly defame, harass, discriminate"

There are also a few that list (but don't define) hate speech.

"zero tolerance for racism, bigotry, misogyny, express or implied threats of harassment or physical harm, or hate speech"

I'm not sure if there is any wording which would be clear about what is and isn't acceptable to discuss on someone's personal social media channels.
