It is impossible for women to distinguish between the genuinely dysphoric men who just wish to live peacefully as women, and men with bad intent. There is no marker. Voyeurs, exhibitionists, sexual fetishists, predators and men who enjoy making women uneasy and humiliated have the right to enter any female space once sex segregation has been abandoned.

Thank you for sharing. I really wish men would stand up for us much more than is the case now. I feel let down that some, many, men see is as a women's issue and not their concern.

My DH agreed with all those arguments and then said but TWAW, he even said he wouldn’t sleep with one because TW aren’t his thing, so he knows there’s a difference. I think it’s a slogan they’ve been brainwashed with. my son thinks I’m old fashioned. They just don’t think about it.

It is a good summary of the short-term issues, and written in a way which is more likely to get men to support the gender critical arguments. I so often see comments from men pointing out how this issue affects only such a tiny percentage of people that it shouldn't be discussed at all while other more serious issues are happening.

Something occurred to me reading her conclusion. Starmer attacks and expels left wing members of his party with impunity. He boasts about it even.

So why does he not face down the misogynists with the same firmness , not to say zeal? I've often wondered how you can square being a socialist with this regressive nonsense. Perhaps there is no ' read across ' between TRAs and the left after all and this is why Sir Kier can't upset the gender lobby.
