Seen recently while driving past a shop window - written on a large blackboard:

"I am FAT!
But I identify as THIN!
You can consider me as
TRANS-SLENDER ! "

Exactly the pisstaking that needs to happen. Transage, transracial, transpecies etc all need to happen and I will be applauding anyone who breaks these boundaries.

Mockery will work very well I think to make this unattractive to people, especially young people. I'd be worried some tra would put the glass through or report it as a 'hate' crime. For myself, I think it's brilliant.

So many things I'd like to be. So far identifying as any of them hasn't changed anything. Hmmm. I can definitely get on board with trans slender. Or just trans tall. Because one would equal the other.

Oh God it all kicked off on a Facebook group I follow over that quote.
Its an American Cricut group where people post stuff they've made on their Cricut (a cutting machine) Someone had made that quote from vinyl on a t shirt. It did not go down well at all and there was a reminder post about being kind and inclusive.... I,believe that poser got kicked out of the group.
Being gender critical and a long time lurker on this board, and also being someone who is overweight, it made me laugh a lot. I was definitely in the minority!
