Language rule changes?

I'm a bit baffled. Having been on the sharp end of the Mumsnet language rules I am now seeing the anagram for GAP which is a paraphilia and Topsy's brother acronym all over the shop, including AIBU.

Have the rules changed? Or am I just seeing these things before they are reported and deleted.

Obviously still seeing Cis everywhere too but that has generally been left to stand and corrected in thread rather than reported.

Sorry for the cryptic but don't want a ban. Just wondering and the Mumsnet message has always been subjective and inconsistently applied ime.

I was also wondering exactly this!

I thought the rules were just for FWR, not the wider community which is why it seems so unfair

I dunno, maybe it's because I used to frequent fwr but I got a slapped wrist for using the tmi acronym in AIBU around a year and a half ago.

I mean it's always been unfair anyway but it's not fair to keep changing the goalposts if you are going to penalise people for getting it wrong.
