So many TRAs hold their eyes open in such a way that shows hostility and make you think “Yikes! Scary! They do it in the haka to intimidate opponents.

I can’t understand why TRAs don’t look at their own images and recognise that they look confrontational and unwelcoming and try a mellower approach.
