Just that really - I think we cold do with a few GC women applying to guest edit the R4 programme. They have recently been repeating that the applications are open. There are lots who would be great - can anyone who knows them have a word in their ear. Maybe Maya Forstater, Helen Lewis, who else?

Julie Bindel would be brilliant at this.

yes to Julie Bindel. Given the Casey report and Keir’s apparent commitment to halving VAWG, she would be perfect.

It's all very topical too.

They want people to apply as small teams rather than individually- would be amazing if a team of gc feminists could do this!

I would like to nominate Helen Joyce and Hannah Barnes as a dream team and for them to add any others that they might choose to invite alongside (Julie Bindel and Hadley Freeman spring to mind). I have no idea how many people would need to be in the 'small' team for this.

Stephanie Davies-Arie would be a good addition to this team.

If anyone knows any of these fab women please do have a word in their ear (or just nudge them on Twitter!).

Sharron Davies and Mara Yamauchi could do it as a sports-related team perhaps.

When they first announced the group editor concept my first thought was how great it would be for a bunch of fearless feminists to take it on. You can bet your money there will be a team of genderists putting an application in.

J K Rowling.

Well that would be amazing. And would provoke no end of, ahem - 'response'.
